Functions Implemented
- Sequential supply project covers delivery and empty-return of 25 types of materials
including carpets, headlights, and bumpers
- General large-item project covers inbound line-side delivery and empty-return of over 100 types of raw materials
- Specially customized intelligent logistics delivery mode with AGVs — through custom software and hardware, achieved highly automated, intelligent, and visualized logistics, saving significant labor and improving supply hit rate
- Based on successful deployment in the 2nd Assembly workshop, simultaneously planned AGV automation for assembly, body welding, and painting workshops across the Teda factory — aiming to build world-leading automotive smart logistics
